Caroline Bugelli is an independent freelance consultant and trainer, specializing in business communication and management development.

She has extensive experience designing and delivering a large range of training programs specializing in the following areas: leadership and management, coaching skills, customer service and selling skills.

Over the last few years, she has also been working as a multicultural management consultant and coach and has lived in several countries. She is native from France and speaks English, Italian and Spanish.

Caroline attended the University of Old Dominion in Norfolk Virginia, where she earned her Masters of Business Administration.
