Meghan Butt has completed her third year at the University of Toronto, working toward a double major in Political Science and Human Geography. Her schooling is most relevant to her role as a member of the G(irls)20 research team, as she possesses moderate knowledge of the barriers and restrictions to females in their contribution to the global economy.
Meghan has also been accepted to work as a researcher and compile an executive summary concerning tenant property taxes in Toronto for the Federation of Metro Tenants Association. Volunteering for G(irls)20 sparked a great interest in her to learn more about these issues and get involved with facilitating change on a global scale.
