Caterpillar Inc. on Making Sustainable Progress Possible: A Peek Inside the Regional Operations of One of the World’s Leading Manufacturers

This workshop was presented by Mumin Azamkhuzhaev and Ekaterina Lubina of Caterpillar Inc.

Caterpillar presented an overview of their company and their construction work around the world. Mumin shared Caterpillar’s history, values, and timeline of accomplishments. He also highlighted the company’s work in mining and energy, plus spoke to Caterpillar’s projects in Russia.

Ekaterina shared her personal career path with Caterpillar and advised the girls to have no fear as they begin their own careers.

Delegates were encouraged to ask questions, and inquired about diversity and gender equality in the workplace and policies against corruption.
